The Costa Mesa Foundation provides the financial and human capital to initiate and support programs that enhance our community at the grassroots level.  Established in 1998 to pursue, receive, and distribute funds for community projects, the Foundation links donors, individuals, and organizations that add value to our city. As a non-profit charitable organization, the Foundation manages over $100,000 in accounts for specific community activities.

We also administer a Community Grants Program that funds projects in the following areas: Youth Education & Recreation, Park Development & Maintenance, Public Safety and Community Pride Initiatives.
